The kipcorn (chicken sausage) was first introduced in 1986 by Mora. Mora is a snack giant. One of the biggest snack manufacturers of the Netherlands. Marcel Mourmans delivered snacks to café’s on his bike for his dad’s butchers. Marcel started his own recipes during this time. Due to it’s success he decided to set up his own business with his wife Robby Ramaekers. The name Mora is a combination of Mo (Mourmans) and Ra (Ramaekers).

Nowadays it is still the most favourite chicken snack that you will find in every snackbar in the Netherlands.

Cooking instructions
For best results cook as follow:
From frozen: deep fry at 175C for 5-6 minutes
From chilled: deep fry at 180C for 4-5 minutes
Ensure food is piping hot before consuming
