Q: Can I use the air fryer or oven to cook my snacks?
A: The best guarantee of crispiness is deep frying your snacks. However, the frikandellen, kip corn and bamihap can certainly go in the air fryer or oven. Costumers have cooked all other snacks in the oven or air fryer as well.
Q: Are there any ‘E’ numbers or conservatives in the snacks?
A: Apart from some very small quantities that can be present in products from other suppliers we do not add any ‘E’ numbers or conservatives to our snacks. We pride ourselves in making our snacks as natural as possible. All meat used is selected for the ‘red tractor’ sign as a minimum.
Q: Are the snacks made by machine?
A: No, all our snacks are handmade. This will also mean that our snacks can vary slightly in shape, weight and taste.
Q: I have food allergies; can I still order snacks?
A: Yes, we do everything we can to accommodate for food allergies. To find out what we can do please email us with your requirements.
NOTE: We can make snacks with gluten free ingredients but unfortunately we cannot offer these as gluten free due to the environment that our snacks are prepared in.
Ordering and delivery
of our frozen snacks
Q: Do my snacks come frozen?
A: Yes, all snacks come frozen and once ready will be send out for delivery. Eco chill packs and eco friendly insulation materials are used to keep your snacks frozen during transport.
Q: If I order today will they arrive tomorrow?
A: No, all snacks are freshly made. Once send out, it will be delivered with next day AM delivery.
Q: I won’t be in to accept my delivery during the week, can my order be delivered on Saturday?
A: Yes, although this comes with some additional costs that the courier charges. For Saturday deliveries please email us for the additional delivery costs.
Q: I live local, can I pick my order up?
A: Yes, but please email us to place your order instead of using the online ordering system which will automatically calculate and add P&P to your order.
